Spanish and Cooking
Combine your Spanish classes with our workshops Argentine Cooking. Argentine cuisine is a blend of indigenous and Mediterranean influences, brought to Argentina, first, by the Spaniards, and later by the Italians. Meat and barbecue are the most famous elements Argentina is famous for but there is much more such as empanadas, noquis, and milenesa de pollo (breaded chicken), or guiso. Popular Argentine desserts are alfajores, dulce de leche, or dulce de batatas.
No doubt Buenos Aires is the perfect location to learn about Argentine gastronomy. Combine the Argentine Cooking with Spanish Group classes. The cooking classes are held at an off-campus location in small groups. After the cooking, our cheff will finalize the workshop by inviting you to enjoy the deliciously prepared meal.
The Spanish group classes take place from 09.00 to 13.00 with a 15-minute break at 11.00; the Argentine cooking workshops during the afternoon.
The duration of a Spanish Group course is one week. The workshop cooking is min 3 hours (one afternoon); additional hours can be booked on site, or before arrival.
There is a maximum of eight students in the group class. For the cooking workshop there is a minimum of four and a maximum of eight.
